It mainly targets for General Worry, Social Anxiety, Perfectionism, Panic and Phobias. For each disorder, it describe the definition, signs (physical, mental, behavioral), and tips to overcome.
It also provides the tools such as Healthy Thinking, Chill Zone, Taking Action.
Under Healthy Thinking Tool, it provides sub-tools like Thought Journal, Coping cards for each disorders and Belief Experiments.
Under Chill Zone Tool, it provides the audio tips for breathing, anxiety, social anxiety, public speaking, body scanning etc.
Under Taking Action Tool, it provides 3 different options : Facing Fears, Comfort Zone Challenges, Healthy Habits.
