  • It also provides the tools such as Healthy Thinking, Chill Zone, Taking Action.

  • Under Healthy Thinking Tool, it provides sub-tools like Thought Journal, Coping cards for each disorders and Belief Experiments.

  • Under Chill Zone Tool, it provides the audio tips for breathing, anxiety, social anxiety, public speaking, body scanning etc.

  • Under Taking Action Tool, it provides 3 different options : Facing Fears, Comfort Zone Challenges, Healthy Habits.
