If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds here.

The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions



The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.



For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Scott Berry & Associates, Unit 10/102 Joynton Avenue, Zetland NSW 2017 Australia.

  • Service refers to coaching sessions offered for sale on the website.

  • Session refers to services provided through coaching sessions offered for sale on this website.

  • Website refers to Scott Berry & Associates, accessible from

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Your Session Cancellation Rights


You are entitled to cancel Your Session without giving Us any reason for doing so.

We require that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice of the cancellation.

You are entitled to and can request a refund within 14 days from the date on which You made the booking for the Session and paid for the Session.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, we require you to inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your request to cancel the Session. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Session, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

If You were dissatisfied with the Service We provided we will refund the full cost of the Session upon request. We will also offer to assist You to find another coach or counsellor that is better suited to your needs.

Conditions for Refunds


In order for the payment to be refunded, please make sure that:

The Services were purchased in the last 14 days.

You cancel the booking of the Service on our website or emailed us to request cancellation and refund.

You cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

In terms of our 6-session packages, the balance of any un-used Sessions will be refunded to you upon request, and for any reason.

The following refund cannot be returned:

  • Sessions that you have already engaged in with the coach.

  • Sessions cancelled on the same day that the session has been booked (i.e., without providing 24 hours notice).
